Review of the 2024 patent seminar and "Save the date" for 2025

Our patent law seminar, which took place in the eleventh year on 11 April 2024 at the Industrie-Club Düsseldorf, was once again very well received. Traditionally, recent German and European patent case law, including the first activities of the Unified Patent Court, were discussed. In addition, lectures were offered on the topics of "Artificial Intelligence in Intellectual Property", "IPQC" and "Espionage and Cyber Attacks".
